4. The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, HTML5 (web-based) and mobile application.
5. Each yuu Member can only redeem one promotional code per destination. The promotional code can only be activated one time and is valid for a round-trip flight booking for one passenger only during the Redemption Period. If a yuu Member is unable to apply the promotional code, it will not be reissued. The promotional codes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis while the quota lasts.
6. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. yuu member must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to enjoy the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
7. All discounted tickets are valid for round-trip flight from Hong Kong to Osaka provided by Greater Bay Airlines.
8. One piece of 20kg baggage allowance is included in the fare. Customer may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.
9. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
10. The fares are eligible for customers paying adult fare only.
11. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Great Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
12. For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HK$520, or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Great Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
13. The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.
14. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
15. Booking will be made under ""Value Go"" Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) “N” class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
16. Customer is allowed to rebook. Rebooking Fee: HK$600/per change, per person, per sector. Rebooking and reissue must be done 2 hours prior to originally booked flight, otherwise, an additional No-show Fee will be charged. No-Show Fee: HK$600/per person, per sector.
17. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
18. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
19. Discounted fares exclude government taxes and other surcharges. The customer needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
20. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will still be valid. However, no refund will be given for the missed outbound sector, except for unused taxes.
21. All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
22. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
23. All products and/ or services are provided by Greater Bay Airline (“Merchant”) directly to yuu Members. yuu and the DFI Development (HK) Limited are not the supplier and/ or provider of the product(s) and/ or service(s) provided by the Merchants, and make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the description and quality of the product(s) and/ or service(s), and accept no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same.
