1.This offer is valid from 2 October 2024 to 11 November 2024, both dates inclusive.
2. yuu Members who book at Trip.com, agoda, Expedia, Klook, KKday or Wing On Travel through the yuu App during the Promotion Period can get one free AIRSIM prepaid card with HK$20 credit or top up to AIRSIM account.
3. yuu Members can use the unique promotional code to redeem one free AIRSIM prepaid card with HK$20 credit or top up to AIRSIM account on or before 31 December 2024.
4. Each yuu Member can only enjoy the offer once during the Promotional Period. Each unique promotional code is only applicable to redeem one piece of new AIRSIM prepaid card with HK$20 credit or top up HK$20 credit to existing AIRSIM account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. New AIRSIM customers can choose to receive the AIRSIM prepaid card by Hongkong Post or pick up at AIRSIM’s designated location. In general, delivery takes about 5 working days by Hongkong Post. Please ensure a correct Hong Kong mailing address is provided, yuu shall not be responsible for the loss of AIRSIM due to the inaccurate or incomplete mailing address provided.
6. yuu Members should follow the steps listed on https://www.AIRSIM.com.hk/yuutravel20 to redeem a new AIRSIM prepaid card (new customers) or redeem credit (existing customers).
7. The unique promotional code earned by a yuu Member for an eligible transaction will generally be credited to the yuu Member's Account under “My Coupons” page within 60 days from the booking date.
8. AIRSIM c/o Shinetown Telecom and yuu shall not be responsible for any loss or voided unique promotional codes.
9. This offer is not applicable to AIRSIM corporate customer accounts.
10. This offer is applicable to use in conjunction with other yuu Travel promotions or offers.
11. yuu and Shinetown Telecom reserve the right to cancel any prepaid card and/or credits in the AIRSIM account as a result of any abuse of the offer or other improper conduct by the yuu Member as determined by yuu and Shinetown Telecom in their sole judgment.
12. yuu reserves the right to extend or terminate this offer or change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice
13. Any personal data collected will be held, handled and/or processed by yuu and Shinetown Telecom in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to personal data.
14. In case there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English versions shall prevail. In the event of any dispute, yuu and Shinetown Telecom shall have the right of final decision.
