The user of one card two number, may not able to receive the OTP, you can also try to contact your internet service provider for this issue.
Occasionally SMS messages can get delayed or lost, so if the OTP doesn’t arrive, just wait a few minutes and request another. Please check that you have entered the correct mobile number. If not, please skip the OTP step and go to "Settings" to update your mobile number. We will then send you a new OTP to enable you to complete the process.
