2. The redemption period is valid from 3 December 2021 to 16 March 2022.
3. Members can redeem one Pyrex 28cm Wokpan with Lid at 4000 points plus $330 at Wellcome, while stocks last.
4. Members need to redeem Redemption QR code with selected Points in yuu App and resent the QR code with selected Price to redeem at any Wellcome supermarket cashier.
5. All redemption or purchases of “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” must be completed on/before 16 March 2022. Once the redemption period is expired, all redemptions shall forthwith become invalid, and shall not be re-issued nor extended (No redemption or purchase of “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” services available at Lok Ma Chau stores and the store outside Shui Chuen O Plaza).
6. Happy Stamp are not applicable to Market Place by Jasons App or yuu App.
7. Hang Seng enjoy Card 8% discount offer, other coupons or offers are not applicable to any redemption / purchase of “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection”.
8. No stamp will be given for the purchase of shopping / cash vouchers, mobile pre-paid SIM card and prepaid card, Octopus Card top-ups, charges on plastic shopping bags and any delivery charges.
9. All redemptions or purchases of “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” must be undertaken in person at a Wellcome Supermarket.
10. Stamps from previous promotions are not applicable to the “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” redemption programme.
11. No refund/product change/ Happy Stamp or yuu points refund will be allowed after “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” redemption/purchase.
12. No Happy Stamp or yuu points will be given for “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” redemption/purchase’s required amount.
13. Quantities of the “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” are limited and the offer is valid while stocks last.
14. Happy Stamp that have been used for the redemption of the “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” will not be returned to customers.
15. “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection are made in China.
16. For appliance products (Electric Lunch Box and Multi-function Sugar Reduction Rice Cooker) of “Pyrex Cookware and Appliance Collection” are under 1-year warranty from the date of redemption/purchase (Please retain original receipt for warranty purpose).
17. No person other than the customer who makes the redemption or purchases (which includes the successors and assigns of the customer who makes the redemption or purchases) shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
18. Wellcome Supermarket reserves the right to amend or alter the above offer or these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
19. In case of dispute, the decision of Wellcome Supermarket is final and binding.
