1. Cash Voucher is valid for 1 Year after redemption or it will be forfeited.

3. This cash coupon can only be used in 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong and Macau, not applicable to 7-Eleven online shop and 7-Eleven mobile application.
4. This Cash Voucher can be used for once only.
5. Regarding redeeming a Cash Voucher and gifting to a friend, you will not be able to gift to a friend if such friend’s yuu Account has a negative yuu Points balance.
6. This Cash Voucher can only be used to purchase in 7-Eleven stores and no change will be given.
7. This Cash Voucher currency is calculated in Hong Kong dollars at Hong Kong stores and in Macanese Patacas at Macau stores.
8. This Cash Voucher shall not be refunded nor redeemed for cash.
9. This Cash Voucher shall not be applicable to the services items sold in 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and Macau, including but not limited to Octopus reloading/printing of records of the last 10 transactions, Macau Pass reloading, e-wallet and stored value cards reloading, mobile pre-paid SIM card/recharge voucher, pre-paid card, bill payment, remittance, donation, ticketing service, subscription card, gift card, stamps, fax, photocopy, battery recharge, pick up services and return services, redemption items, Octopus cards and ornaments, Macau Pass cards and products, pre-payment of online game, Inspiration Lake activities, car-parking fee, self-serve laundry service and other services relating to cash coupon(s), voucher(s) or pre-paid.
10. No return and re-issued if this Voucher is lost or damaged.
11. No refund is applicable, and it is not transferable.
12. Save and except for section [5] , no Cash Voucher may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system. Voucher distributed or circulated are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled. DFI Development (HK) Limited assumes no responsibility whatsoever for misuse of Voucher.
