At Shell Station:
● Using your physical Hang Seng enJoy Card – once you’ve linked your enJoy Card with your yuu Account, just tap it on the Shell mobile payment device when you fuel up at Shell Hong Kong.
● Using your physical Octopus Card – if you’ve linked your physical Octopus in the yuu App, you can use it to earn Points. Just let the cashier know you’re a yuu Member and tap your Octopus before paying.
At Shell Select Convenience Store :
Every time you shop at all Shell Select Convenience Stores in Hong Kong, just show your yuu ID (the unique QR code in your yuu App) or tap your linked Hang Seng enJoy Card / Octopus.
No matter how you earn them, your Points will automatically be added to your balance. Please note that Points can take up to 7 days to show up in your App after you’ve fuelled up or shopped at Shell Hong Kong.
