Members are required to make an online reservation for the visit date after redeeming the general admission ticket. Ticket barcode number required for registration will be displayed below the admission ticket QR code. (Please update yuu App to the latest version)

Upon successful reservation, Members will receive a reservation QR code on the same screen, followed by an email notification.
Upon entry, Members must present the reservation QR code, admission ticket QR code and identity documents. The reservation QR code is only valid for one-time entry on the registered date. All registrants must enter the park at the same time.

1. This reward redemption period is from 19 August 2022 to 31 December 2022. Ticket validity is from 19 August 2022 to 31 December 2022, except park closure days (advanced online reservation required, one-time entry on selected date only)
2. This reward cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or discount, combined to use or resold to others.
3. Limited quantities are available for redemption, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While stock lasts.
4. One ticket per person.
5. Relevant Points and/or amount will be automatically deducted after completing the redemption process.
6. If there are insufficient Points in the account for Points deduction or wrong credit card information is provided, the transaction cannot be completed and the order will be canceled without prior notice.
7. You are required to present the Vaccine Pass relevant record/Medical Exemption Certificate and LeaveHomeSafe record (unless exempted under the law), reservation QR codes, your registered admission tickets (e-tickets by mobile devices or A4 printout) and identity documents to enter the park.
8. Guests are required to make an online reservation for their visit date after redeeming the general admission ticket. Please visit official website for updated opening hour. Each reservation has a quota limit subject to the gathering ban. Due to the capacity limitation, reservation will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon successful reservation, Members will receive a reservation QR code on the same screen, followed by an email notification from Ocean Park.
9. This is an admission ticket to Ocean Park. You can present this ticket via Smartphone at the entrance of Ocean Park for admission. This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can be used once only. This ticket entitles you to all operating rides, facilities and exhibits, except skill games, coin-operated games, special paid events and facilities being held in the Park. This ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reasons, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s admission ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public. In case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, Ocean Park may exercise admission control and you may not be allowed for entry. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules and Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and / or other appropriate locations of the Park. Ocean Park shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the Park. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
10. Please protect this ticket, do not damage, especially the QR code which must be scanned at the entrance. This ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Ocean Park accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket. Child Ticket is for children aged 3 to 11. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit.
11. Hong Kong residents holding this promotional ticket can upgrade to “InFUNity Entry Pass” on the day of your admission by paying the price difference of relevant pass; Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of Daytime Admission Ticket to a “InFUNity Entry Pass”.
12. DFI Development (HK) Limited reserves the right to terminate this Offer or change the Terms & Conditions of this offer without prior notice.
