To better protect your account security, please update your yuu App to the latest version at App Store, you will then be able to log in to your yuu account with One-time Password (OTP):
Step 1: Select Login from the Home screen
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number, tab “Get verification code”
Step 3: Please enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile phone within 15 minutes and tab “Login”. You are now logged in!
*If you did not receive the OTP, please press ‘resend’ after 60 seconds.
^If you no longer use the registered mobile number and therefore cannot login, please message us your yuu ID, registered phone number, registered email address and the new mobile number to be used through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or email us at [email protected], and we will be happy to help.
