Who can apply for Sport Guard?
Yuu members between 18 and 64 years old who reside in Hong Kong with a valid Hong Kong Identity Card, are eligible to apply for this policy.
What happens when the Policy cover ends?
The free policies will expire automatically after 3 months from Policy commencement date. Paid policies will expire automatically after 12 months from Policy commencement date. Customers are not required to cancel the Policy.
What are covered under the Sport Guard?
It provides customers with a worldwide cover in relation to sport accidents when playing Covered Sports. You will get 3- month cover for free from the Policy commencement date. With only HK$45 premium, you can select to extend the coverage period to 12 months.

When does the Policy cover start?
Free Policies commence on the next date of application and will expire automatically after 3 months.
If you select to extend the Policy, paid policies commence on the next date of application and will expire automatically after 12 months.
Successful applicants will receive an email acknowledgement from Chubb within five working days after submission of their applications.
Terms and Conditions
Sport Guard Eligibility, Term and Conditions 1. The insured person of this Policy must be a resident of Hong Kong aged 18 to 64 and a member holding valid yuu ID. 2. This Policy will not apply to any claim event arising directly or indirectly out of (i) the Insured Person engaging in any professional sport meaning his/her livelihood is substantially dependent on income received as a result of his/her playing sport; or (ii) pre-existing conditions or (iii) any other exclusions of this Policy. 3. Each insured person can enjoy the Offer only once. An insured person is not allowed to be insured under more than one free or paid policies of Sport Guard. 4.Subject to successful registration, the Policy will be effective on the following day after registration. The Policy documents will be sent by Chubb to the Customer’s email address as registered with Chubb. 5. The above information is for reference only.
